World Wide Telecom Dialing Instructions

TO PLACE A CALL:

1. Dial the International Exchange Code in your country followed by the Network Access Code (NAC) for the telephone you are calling from. .

2. Hang up after 1 ring.
The system will call you back at your programmed Callback Number.

3. Your phone will ring within a few seconds. You will hear a voice prompt or dial tone. Dial the number you want to call. Do not wait longer than 5 seconds between digits

To call the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, & US Virgin Islands Dial :

1 + (three digit area code) + (7 digit number) + #

To call anywhere else in the world:

Dial: 011 + (Country Code) + (City Code) + (Number) + #

4. To make your next call immediately, without hanging-up, press the # button two times. Wait for the voice prompt or dial tone again. Dial the next number you want to call.

5. If you made a mistake while dialing, press # # to start a new call.

6. When finishing a call, press * * and hang up.
