What is international callback service?

It allows everyone around the world to by-pass the expensive rates charged by their local telephone companies and make international calls at low USA rates.

For example, you want to make a call from France to Canada.

• From your telephone in France, you simply dial the "callback computer" in the U.S. and hang up after one or two rings (there is no charge for this part of the call).
  
• The callback computer will immediately call you back with a dial tone.
  
• You then enter the number in Canada you wish to call and you are connected.
  
• That's all.

In this case your cost is 5 + 5 = 10 cents, by adding up France and Canada rates together.

Why should I use this service?
Because most non-U.S. telephone companies are monopolies (or state run), that means higher prices and less services. (Big money saving).
